Approval can take anywhere from 1-5 business days depending on the application
Rent can be paid using the resident portal or by dropping off a check, cashier check and/or money order to our Washington, D.C. office
At Brookland Ridge we require Renter's Insurance of $100,000 at the time of move-in and must be in force throughout the term of your residency
