I've been a resident at Brookland Ridge since November 2018 and it has been an awesome experience. The leasing office has always been there to help without a single hesitation and the Assistant Property Manager, Robert is amazing to work with. He is communicative, fair and understanding of resident needs, has a great idea of what is going on within the property, remains neutral during high energy moments and remembers my name every single time we talk (that's big!). He is truly a valuable asset to the Brookland Ridge community. Thank you Robert, team and Brookland Ridge :)

Best Kept Secret!! There are beautiful trees around that gives you the feeling that you live in the suburbs?. We have Plenty of parking spaces that you do not have to worry about parking. We do have a security guard that patrols the grounds every evening. The halls of the apartment buildings are cleaned daily. The apartments are secured with an intercom to buzz your friends and guests. I am satisfied living here and do not have any plans to move out. We are close to the Brookland and Rhode Island metro. If you love walking Turkey Thicket is close by. The management staff are excellent *****.

We have lived in BRA for three years and here we are very happy. We find all the advantages of living in the Brookland area. The best administration, location, maintenance, parking and benefits. Here everything works very well, thanks to the professionalism, dedication and commitment of the entire administration staff with the residents of BRA. We want immensely thanks to the entire BRA management team for the great help that all of them have always offered us and in a very special way in our moving to another apartment. Special thanks to Jodi, Robert, Bijon, Zenda, and also Masud - maintenance department. All of them very friendly and helpful people. We recommend BRA to anyone who wants to find a great and quiet place to live in one of the best areas of Brookland !! Thank you!!

Excellent location in the heart of Brookland area. Walking distance to the subway, and restaurants. Close by to Giant grocery store on Rhode Island Avenue. Also, Children Hospital and Washington Hospital Center are close by too. The apartments are very nice with plenty of parking. Management Team is AWESOME!!!!! I love living here!!!!!

The moment I walked into the rental office and met Ms. Zenda Blake I knew this was home for me! The woodsy feeling, the cleanliness and the community is perfect for raising children. My unit is spacious and cozy. I JUST LOVE IT......Just Perfect for my family. Thank you Brookland Ridge!
